MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (B2B COMMERCIAL USE ONLY)

1. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs all high-clearance research tools, data lookups, and intelligence infrastructure modules provided through decreeintel.net. By accessing this web interface, the subscribing entity ("Client") explicitly warrants it is a registered business enterprise operating under commercial parameters. No consumer protections apply.

2. LOGISTICAL PARAMETERS & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

The structural layouts, scripts, and embedded form blocks serving the subscription checkout loop are hardcoded directly on regional edge networks. Client assumes all operational responsibilities for managing third-party domain updates (including external Namecheap DNS host profiles or custom routing rules mapping back to standard CDN nodes).

3. FEES AND RUNWAY MANAGEMENT

All clear-funds balances, custom tax increments (such as statutory 18% digital service surcharges), and system maintenance deposits are permanently earned upon receipt. In accordance with strict internal capital control metrics, account balances will not be rebalanced or automatically drawn without active human authorization from the network controller. Autopay configurations are deactivated by default to ensure maximum treasury stability.

4. BINDING RESOLUTION

Any system downtime, payload mismatch, or structural variance resulting from local browser configuration overrides or un-bundled code injection limits shall be resolved directly via corporate communication channels.
